Usmania Glass Sheet Factory Limited (UGSFL) approved 50 per cent dividend in its 20th annual general meeting (AGM), held at the factory office recently.





The AGM was told that UGSFL earned net profit worth Tk 42.73 million (over 4.27 crore) during 2005-2006 fiscal, which exceeded the target by 23.9 per cent.



Presided over by UGSFL Director and BCIC Director (Commercial) Md Abul Hossain, the meeting was also attended by UGSFL Managing Director Jatindra Barman and Company Secretary Md Ibrahim as well as a number of invited guests and shareholders.
