Autonomous self-heating reusable vacuum bag

Date: 23 September 2014

Simtech has brought the glass laminating process a step further with a fully autonomous reusable vacuum rubber bag integrating the heating system making the vacuum bag able to laminate/pre-press glass without any external machinery.

The patented system includes a manual or programmable control panel to adjust your cycle times according to interlayer and glass thickness used. The rubber bag is also insulated to use it easily on a table in production or in R&D laboratories.

All our SHBR self-heating reusable vacuum bags can be made to measure to fit your glass dimensions.

These bags are suitable to laminate architectural glass as well as automotive glass (windshields, roof panels or sidelights)

Please do not hesitate to visit us at Glasstec to discuss your needs on our booth 11H37 in Hall 11 or you can also visit our website for more details: http://www.simtech.be/en/portfolio-item/shbr-self-heating-vacuum-bag/
