Asahi Glass to raise 25 bln yen via 7-yr 0.86 pct corporate bonds

Asahi Glass Co Ltd said the company will raise 25 bln yen via an issue of 7-year corporate bonds carrying a coupon of 0.86 pct.

The company said it has appointed Nikko Solomon Smith Barney Securities Co Ltd and Merrill Lynch Securities Japan Co Ltd as lead managers of the issue.
