Appointments made by frameXpress as corporate position strengthens

Date: 28 June 2012

As one of the leading fabricators in the UK, frameXpress is set to further establish its corporate position with the appointment of two new staff members.

At a time when many companies have struggled to maintain positive trading results, frameXpress has maintained a leading market position through investment, training and customer support.

The popularity of the products in the frameXpress portfolio combined with substantial investments made in systems such as First Degree which enables customers to price and order online has led management to invest further in the team to ensure all departments will still provide a premium service as the output increases.

Internal restructuring and development has been introduced to further bolster customer services. Philip Jones’ joins the Order Processing Department and his responsibilities will include ensuring processing methods are consistently monitored and maintained at the highest standard. This will reinforce customer support ensuring that customers receive excellent service and continual quality standards from placement to final despatch.

Philip has extensive experience having worked at various levels in the industry at companies such as Universal Trade Frames, so his appointment emphasises frameXpress’ commitment to further raise standards.

With the company’s steady growth over the last few years there have been a number of investment programmes initiated by senior management at the firm which have led to the reinforcement of the frameXpress brand in respect of quality, durability and performance.

Despite the current economic climate, Phil intends to help build frameXpress's customer services further by implementing new, fast and effective ordering methods.

Additionally a new Credit Controller has been appointed at the firm. Sasha Chadd joins the team with over 22 years experience in a number of industry sectors. On her new appointment, Stuart Green comments, “As with all administrative positions it is important to maintain a good reputation which can only be done with a strong company behind you. After my first meeting at frameXpress it became clear that their success can be attributed to providing great service and quality products on a consistent basis.

Phil comments “frameXpress has an impressive reputation so I am delighted to have the opportunity to work for such a progressive company. There is great scope for development and excellent career prospects.”

Stuart Green, Director comments, “Expansion is essential to provide customers with fast and efficient services in relation to all aspects of any business. Both Phil and Sasha’s experience will prove invaluable to this company, helping to strengthen customer relations and our support services as a whole. It’s great to have them on board.”
