The National Glass Association announced today that Hartung Glass Industries has become a sponsor of the 7th Annual NGA Glazing Executives Forum (GEF), being held September 13, 2012, in Las Vegas.Hartung is one of the fastest growing total service glass companies in North America.

With tempering furnaces in multiple locations, HGI has been providing innovative solutions to architects/designers, glazing contractors and glass companies since 1924.

"Hartung is proud to support the Glazing Executives Forum for many reasons, not least of which is the event’s focus on best practices and continuous improvement,” said Kirk Johnson, Director of Sales for Hartung. “Glazing contractors are very important customers and business partners, so anything we can do to help them enhance their competitiveness contributes to our continued success as well.”

The Glazing Executives Forum, presented by the NGA Architectural Glazing Committee and held in conjunction with GlassBuild America: The Glass, Window, and Door Expo®, will take place on Thursday, September 13, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The program was created by and for owners, presidents, CEOs and senior managers in the North American glazing and architectural glass industry to help build enduring relationships and to provide a collegial forum for collaboration on common challenges. The day-long event features dynamic and informative speakers, peer-to-peer sharing and fresh updates on challenging topics impacting the industry. It has become the most important annual networking opportunity for leaders of the glazing industry.

“Hartung’s sponsorship of this year’s Forum is further testament to the continuing importance of the event to our industry and to the many professionals that contribute to and participate in the program,” said David Walker, Vice President of the National Glass Association. “The momentum is clearly building for the 2012 Glazing Executives Forum, and we couldn’t be more excited about this year’s agenda, our presenters and speakers, and the opportunities for peer-to-peer sharing and networking that will unfold in Vegas.”
