Tempered glass standards

I would like to know what are the norms and standards for the strength of tempered glass in the United States? Thanks in advance.

Tempered glass is a safety glass therefore it must meet the requirements of ANSI Z97 standard and Federal Standard CPSC 16 CFR 1201 and also state and local codes.
The Federal Specification DD-G-1403B requires a compression of 10.000 psi or more and compression on the edge of 9.700 psi.
