When you vaguely say that problem in soldering. Various factors are to be monitored so If you can answer few of my questions I may be able to help you a bit if not 100% soloution
What is the bending technic used Is it vertical glass press bend? Is the conductive paste applied on to a black paint which is dried by ir or uv drying? Did you contact the source of the conductive paste to check whether you are using
:-the correct mesh for screen (for printing)
:-firing temperature
:-printing conditions.
