An Italian company named Fenzi produces different types of colors for screen priting, roller coating, etc. Perhaps you should try and contact them. The web site is http://www.fenzigroup.com/

Our company makes a product that comes in either an air-cure or an oven-cure. It will work on plex, glass, metal and most other substrates. When cured it has a 9H hardness, will withstand extremely high heat (1200F) and is impervious to corrosives...we have yet to find a stripper for it. Once coated, the plex can be scrubbed with acetone, MEK, paint stripper...you name it...and it won't affect the plex substrate. It's the ultimate anti-graffiti coating.
