Does anyone know what are the common metals used in the glass sputtering process?

Coating materials such as Sn, Si, Zn, Ag, Cr and Ti allows the production of the most common low-E films, solar and anti-reflective coatings. Please notice that reactive sputtering is also used to produce PVD coating for glass applications.

One of the harder and scratch resistant sputtered material is ITO, Indium Tinn Oxide. It is also used by www.sun-tec.ch for lighting led doted foils for lamination in glass.
