Defects in lamination cause huge losses and customer dissatisfaction. Many are caused by dust, debris and the like being present on the glass and PVB prior to lamination.
Washing is not an option with PVB and the static charge on the material attracts debris.
Eliminating both the static charge and removal of the debris can easily be achieved using some well proven readily available technology, see www.teknek.com/markets
