hello we are experiencing a tempering issue maybe someone could help us. We are tempering 3mm soda lime glass dimensions are 22 inch x 30 inch rectangle. when we temper a clear piece of glass this size it will come out flat . But when we screen print a ceramic frit 3 inch border around the glass and temper the glass the glass has a bow and is not flat. We have adjusted heat and or quench to solve this problem with no solution so far. I think my question is basically is it a heat issue or a quench issue.Any thoughts on this problem would help greatly. Thank you
