Exists a standard (international) codification for diamond wheels (dimension, diamond concentration, hole diameter, ...)?

Yes, it exists!
For example the code "1FF1Y D150 H22 X2,5" indicate a pencil edge diamond wheel, with diameter 150 mm, internal hole 22 mm and the thickness of the diamond coating is 2,5 mm.
I'm looking for more literature too.
