Clean room should not have a relative humidity more than 28% and a safe temperature of 20degree Centigrade. If the humidity is better than 25% then the temperature can be even 23Degree.

There are general guidelines for the clean enviroment conditions of pvb layout room. Each manufacturer has its own standards. Generally recommended lay-up room conditions:

-Double door design

-Filtered air with slight over pressure

-Antistatic foot mats

-Room temperature 18 to 20 Celsius

-Relative humidity 25-30 %

-Restricted access

-Personal equipment: fiber free overalls, hair -nets

-Regular cleaning of the floor and equipment -(including overhead items)

-Celsius glass temperature

-10-18 Celsius PVB film temperature

Further requirements to be noted affecting lamination quality: pvb storage conditions, vacuum ring condition, vacuum process conditions, glass sheets condition to name a few.. There is huge amount of variables in lamination over all.
