6mm Toughend shower glass is broken in my apartment which is just 1 year old.
We are using the shower for more than a year.
We don't believe we have anything for the shower door to be broken.
What may be the reasons for the glass to be broken ?

These breakages can occur months and even years after the glass has been installed. However, a figure of eight or butterfly shape is not, by itself, automatic proof of an inclusion. Only when the butterfly and a dot or a dark stain occur together is it likely that the failure mechanism was due to some type of particle inclusion. Only through laboratory analysis can an inclusion be accurately identified as NiS.
Glass spontaneous breakage has many reasons.
We believe you are experiencing the NiS which is the contaminants in the glass during the manufacturing.
By the way, you might need to use 8mm thickness or thicker glass to ensure the safety.
If you need further insurance, anti-blast film should be applied as well.
