Visteon Corporation (NYSE: VC), one of the world's leading suppliers of automotive components and integrated systems, will release its Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2003 financial results on Friday, January 23, 2004, at 6:30 a.m. (EST) via PR Newswire.

At 8:30 a.m. (EST), a conference call is scheduled to discuss the results in further detail, as well as other related matters.
