Trulite and Dependable Glass Works Announce Acquisition

Dependable is a well-respected player in the glass fabrication industry in Southeast Louisiana and Coastal Mississippi. This strategic move reflects Trulite’s continued commitment to geographical and portfolio expansion.

Trulite is backed by private equity firm, Truelink Capital. Trulite is pleased to announce the expansion of Dependable Glass Works with the construction of a new facility near its current location. This investment will enhance capabilities and support future growth, with construction beginning soon and an anticipated move in early 2026.

This is the second acquisition in the past week for Trulite. Trulite remains active and aggressive at growing both organically and through strategic M&A.
