Trulite is pleased to announce the acquisition of Dependable Glass Works headquartered in Covington, LA effective February 3, 2025.

Dependable is a well-respected player in the glass fabrication industry in Southeast Louisiana and Coastal Mississippi. This strategic move reflects Trulite’s continued commitment to geographical and portfolio expansion.

The acquisition of Dependable reinforces our commitment to high quality, service-oriented excellence in the architectural glass and aluminum industry. We are excited to leverage the strengths of Trulite and Dependable to enhance our offerings, expand our presence in Louisiana and along the I-10 corridor, and deliver even greater value to our customers.”

Norman Foxworth owner of Dependable Glass Works commented, “During the past 63 years of working in the glass industry, my desire has always been to expand Dependable Glass Works to showcase the special talents and capabilities of our employees. Trulite is backed by private equity firm, Truelink Capital. Todd Golditch, Truelink’s Co-Founder and Managing Partner, stated, “We are excited to support Trulite with an active M&A strategy focused on acquiring high-quality businesses that expand our geographic reach and enhance our product offering. We welcome Dependable Glass Works to the Trulite family.”

Trulite is pleased to announce the expansion of Dependable Glass Works with the construction of a new facility near its current location. This investment will enhance capabilities and support future growth, with construction beginning soon and an anticipated move in early 2026.

Trulite and Dependable remain committed to prioritizing customer satisfaction throughout the post-closing process of integrating the business.

This is the second acquisition in the past week for Trulite. Trulite remains active and aggressive at growing both organically and through strategic M&A.
