Swisspacer Doubles Sales In 2010 In UK And Ireland

In November a new milestone was reached when sales into the UK and Ireland exceeded the two million metre mark (over 6.5 million feet).

During the last two years, sales of Swisspacer in the UK and Ireland have increased 10 fold. And compared to 2009, sales in 2010 more than doubled as more sealed unit manufacturers and window fabricators took advantage of its excellent thermal performance. Swisspacer’s impressive growth makes the UK and Ireland its second largest market globally.

One of Swisspacer’s major benefits is that companies do not need to invest in specialist application machinery so it can be used simply, effectively and without delay, by sealed unit manufacturers of all sizes. However, automated production is available, with benders from Lisec and Saint-Gobain Seva and automated welding from Rottler and Ruediger.
