SWISSPACER celebrates growth in sales and market share

SWISSPACER sales grew in 2012 for the fifth consecutive year. Despite the overall market falling by 15%, SWISSPACER sales are 4% higher than in 2011, confirming the company’s position as the UK’s No. 1 warm edge spacer bar.

SWISSPACER, the leading warm edge spacer bar, is tried and tested to give the best thermal performance, and its performance lasts. With the same dimensions as aluminium spacer bars, SWISSPACER can be used on existing machinery so requires little investment. For larger sealed unit manufacturers, fully-automated welders are available for high speed production.

Vic De Costa, SWISSPACER Marketing and Sales Manager (UK and Ireland) comments: “It’s been another great year for SWISSPACER and our sales are higher than 2011. The market dropped by 15% but our sales rose by 4%, indicating significant market share growth in a difficult year. SWISSPACER has grown year-on-year since 2008 because it’s tried and tested and gives the best long-lasting performance.”
