Stölzle Glass Group is one of the leading European manufacturers of high-end packaging glass for Perfumery & Cosmetics, Prestige Spirits, as well as Pharmaceuticals.

Recently the Group increased its strong network by the acquisition of Verreries de Masnières SAS and Bormioli Rocco Valorisation SAS from Bormioli Rocco Group SpA.Both sites are situated in North of France and will suit perfectly to Stölzle’s prestige glass network built up constantly since the nineteen nineties. The acquisition became effective on 31.12.2013. The production plant as well as the decoration facility will be fully integrated in the internationally renowned Stölzle Glass Group with headquarters in Austria.

The recent acquisition of the French glassworks and decoration facility by Stölzle Glass Group is another step towards being the first choice partner for unique products: from the concept to design, then to production and the addition of market leading decoration techniques.

At PCD, in Paris on 5/6 February 2014 Stölzle Masnières and its brilliant products will already be introduced to the public within the Stölzle Glass Group’s network on booth no. D25.
