Intelligent Glass Partitioning, Doha Qatar

SmartGlass International together with local partners Nomad Exhibitions hosted "Intelligent Glass Partitioning" at the Oryx Rotana Hotel in Doha Qatar on May 18th. SmartGlass International would like to thank all delegates for attending this event which was a great success.

AIS Presidents Lunch, The Dorchester June 14th

SmartGlass International will sponsor the Annual AIS Presidents Lunch at the Dorchester Hotel, Park Lane, London. This prestigious lunch is attended by some 470 members and guests, including captains of the construction industry and senior members of the architectural/interior design community.


SmartGlass International are to sponsor this years Restaurant & Bar Design Awards on July 7th which will take place in Canary Wharfs Eastwintergarden complex. LC SmartGlass was recently installed at the prestigious venue and will be showcased on the night during the awards ceremony.


EU Conference on Healthcare Engineering

The European Conference of Healthcare Engineering is the bi-annual event of the European regional group (IFHE Europe) of the International Federation of Hospital Engineering (IFHE). Dortek Ltd. showcased SmartGlass Internationals LC SmartGlass product as part of their GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester) door range at the conference which was held on May 30th.


SPD SmartGlass makes it into "The Green List"

The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) released “The Green List” in their June Issue of Modus Magazine to celebrate all things sustainable in todays world. A total of 50 people, projects, innovations and initiatives helping to create a greener global built environment are included on the list. SPD SmartGlass is featured in 17th place on the Green List as it can be manually or automatically “tuned” to precisely control the amount of light, glare and heat passing through a window which in turn dramatically reduces a buildings cooling/heating energy requirements.

SmartGlass International Reception - Irish Embassy, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

SmartGlass International hosted a reception showcasing LC & SPD SmartGlass at the Irish Ambassadors Residence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on May 23rd. SmartGlass International would like to thank Irish Ambassador Dr. Niall Holohan and his family for hosting the reception which was a great success and also thank everyone who attended on the night.
