Sezal Glass Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on February 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Un-Audited results of the Company for the period ended December 31, 2013.

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from February 07, 2014 up to 24 hours after publication of un audited financial results for the period ended December 31, 2013 for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2013.Read more below.Sezal Glass Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on February 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Un-Audited results of the Company for the period ended December 31, 2013.
