Saint-Gobain to buy 150 acre plant of Sezal Glass; stock up

Saint-Gobain Sekurit touched an intraday high of Rs 38.95 and an intraday low of Rs 37.10. At 13:52 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 38.50, up Rs 0.45, or 1.18%.

The company is in talks to buy 150 acre float glass plant of Sezal Glass. It is likely to close deal with Sezal Glass by May-end, reports CNBC-TV18, quoting Sources.

It was trading with volumes of 161,156 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down at Rs 38.05.

Meanwhile, Sezal Glass was quoting at Rs 4.12, up Rs 0.19, or 4.83%.
