RSM EquiCo Capital Markets Leads Negotiations as Trulite Industries, Ltd. is Acquired by Arch Aluminum & Glass Company

Arch Aluminum & Glass Company, a private company specializing in the architectural glass products industry, has acquired Trulite Industries, Ltd., a privately held glass fabricator and distributor.

Transaction terms were not disclosed.



RSM EquiCo Capital Markets initiated the transaction, led the negotiations and acted as exclusive financial advisor to Trulite Industries.



"The Trulite Industries acquisition allows Arch Aluminum & Glass to continue its expansion strategy throughout North America, while providing an efficient entrance into the Canadian marketplace," said Brian Boyle, managing director of RSM EquiCo Capital Markets.
