Resignation and Appointment of CFO and Company Secretary

Penrice announces the resignation of its CFO & Company Secretary, Mr Frank Lupoi. Mr Lupoi joined Penrice in May 2008.

Penrice MD & CEO Guy Roberts said, “Frank has made a valuable contribution to the Company during his four years and I would like to thank him for his dedication and commitment. The Board wishes Mr Lupoi every success in his future endeavours.”
The company is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr Robert Webb as its CFO. Mr Webb has been with Penrice for almost 2 years as its Financial Controller and he is well placed to take on the role of CFO. Mr Webb has previously held senior finance positions with various manufacturing and services organisations. Mr Lupoi and Mr Webb will work to ensure a seamless transition.

The Company also advises that it has appointed Ms Marnie Brokenshire to the position of Company Secretary. Ms Brokenshire has been with Penrice since 2007 in the role of General Manager, Human Resources.
