Teams matter! It is one of the slogans RCN Solutions cares the most about, because it focuses attention on people who are the bricks and pillars of the company.

Human resources are very important to any organization, and these investments are fundamental to achieve the company’s vision, mission and goals.

RCN is happy to welcome the arrival of a new member, Thomas Pollari, who will cover the position of project manager and specialized drafter in the technical office, alongside the company’s engineer, production manager and drafter.

Born in 1992, and having received a diploma in Surveying in 2012, Thomas is specialized in AUTOCAD and CAD 3D. Though young, he is experienced, having previously worked for the building industry.

With a nice smile and friendly approach, he quickly joined the team and it seems he has been working with everyone for a long time. As soon as Thomas arrived in RCN, a new project arrived and he immediately proved his competence and active attitude.
