The washing machines, that VITRODODI has been manufacturing since 1980, are more and more often installed on production lines (edging, insulating and laminated glass, tempering, silk-screen printing, coating etc.) that need automatic glass handling.

So, we have projected and carried out a series of products that can be installed on various production lines.

The INCLIMATIC table for loading and unloading can tilt hydraulically only the forks (pict. 1), or all the top (pict. 2), and can have some ball counterstructures for the manual loading/unloading.

The centering tables (detail pict. 3) have been studied both for lines to produce laminated glass with PVB and with EVA.

Of course, this series includes the connection roll or belt conveyors: of special interest is the solution adopted to shunt on three lines the glass coming from a double edger (pict. 4) installed in Brazil.

The standard dimensions are 2200 x 4000, 2500 x 4500, and 3300 x 6000 mm, but special dimensions can also be taken into consideration.
