This market interest is in advance of the launch of the Company's beta product development program anticipated to launch in the second quarter.

The Company recently attended the 2nd annual Renewable Energy Conference in Las Vegas, NV and experienced first-hand the degree of momentum and demand that renewable technologies have gained. A diverse group of speakers representing governments, utility companies, systems integrators, manufactures, the Department of Energy, and notably, the investment community, provided extensive analysis on the future for renewable energy. The collective theme of the conference pointed to unprecedented growth in global energy demands and the adoption of renewable energy sources within mainstream markets.

The current momentum in adoption of renewable energy technologies is giving birth to a market transformation in how, and from where, the energy demands of the future will be met. In establishing beta product development relationships, XsunX hopes to demonstrate clear product use benefits and early paths to markets and revenue opportunities.
