Poly Glass ED acquires 1.5 mln shares

Poly Glass Fibre (M) Bhd executive director Fong Wah Kai raised his shareholding to 32.5 per cent after acquiring 1.50 million shares between Sept 5 and 11.

Filings to the KLSE showed that Equaplus Sdn Bhd, in which he is of deemed interest, acquired the shares from the open market.After the acquisition, Fong's stake increased to 51.99 million shares.Poly Glass, which manufactures fibre glasswool, was trading between 32 sen and 36 sen on those days.
