Olivotto-Antas is glad to present at Glasstec 2006 its latest technical development focused on the High-Quality Stemware production and High Speed.

Press machines as follows:

1) New Blow – Blow sealing stretching machine E32 “3-in-1” type:
The latest development of Blow-Blow machine to produce the highest quality stemware without need of a sealing machine.
The sealing between stem / bowl and the stretching process is performed on the blow-blow machine by servomotors driven substation that allows a perfect alignment, sealing and stretching of the two stemware parts to obtain even very tall stems of the highest quality.

2) New Stemware Sealing-Stretching machine WS type :
A completely new Sealing-Stretching machine with independently controlled sections, driven by servomotor, that allows the perfect matching of stem and bowl, automatically compensating the clearance between the two parts, with the highest efficiency.

3) New Stretching-Burn-off machine ST /BO type :
A completely new concept to produce one piece stemware avoiding the handling and thermal problems of traditional lines with separate Stretching and Burn-off machines.

4) New Super Torque Motor Press GDS-V type :
A development of the ANTAS well-known Presses now driven by the latest generation Super Torque motor allowing very fast index time at the highest precision.
