The plant manufacturer Robert Buerkle GmbH announces the arrival of the private equity company Nimbus based in Zeist, the Netherlands.

The investor with an interest in long-term investments has acquired a stake with a significant capital increase and wants to actively foster the further development of the corporate group.Buerkle develops and builds major sophisticated coating and laminating lines for the woodworking industry, the printed circuit boards’, plastic cards’ and solar module industries.In addition to that, the company supplies plants and machinery to the automotive and building industry.
