Montreal, February 14, 2011 – Walker Glass is launching its double sided acid-etched glass Velour finish product.

The current double sided acid-etched glass program includes the Satin/Satin and the Opaque/Opaque finishes. With the new addition of Velour/Velour Walker is now able to offer no less than 6 different shades of full surface etching. As in the past, on special request, the double sided can be made out of a combination of full sheet etching on one side and an acid- etch pattern on the other.

“The growth in usage of double-sided etching has been phenomenal. A lot of our clients stock Velour and have been anxious to add this new offering. It will facilitate their inventory management” says Ross Christie, V-P Sales & Marketing.

Using North American glass substrates, the Walker Textures products are available in a wide range of thicknesses and colours varying from 3mm to 19mm, in sizes up to 100”x144”.

Some products are offered in quantities less than 4,000 pounds. Visit our website at http://www.walkerglass.com
