Its worldwide reputation is firmly based on producing the best tools across the majority of the glass forming processes: I.S., blow&blow, press&blow, direct press, H28…

METRA VERRE exports more than 50% of its production to all parts of the world and to the most significant names within Glass Industry. From smaller bottles for Perfume or Pharmaceuticals to larger Spirit or Beverage bottles and Decanters, Table and Ovenware, special technical requirements such as Lenses, Car Head Lights, Electrical Isolators…

Our strengths are: 150 highly qualified individuals with 15 engineers and skilled CAD/CAM technicians able to deal with all the different glass forming processes (I.S., blow&blow, press&blow, direct press, H28, spinning, injection…) ; 40 adaptable NC machines ; an experience of complex cavity shapes of Monoblock and Split molds with up to 4 parts ; an ability to embrace customer needs and propose superior technical solutions.

We have a specific workshop for ancillary parts (neck-rings, plungers…) and a department for sample moulds.

We ensure delivery of optimal quality tooling in the shortest leadtimes and help the Glass Industry to bring its new products onto the market even faster. We provide our customers with the very best service from the engineering of item design to the manufacture of the mould equipment.
