Cutting dimension 3300 x2600 mm. Designed to satisfy the demands of small and medium-sized glassworks. It is simple to use and it guarantees speed and precision. Sharp Cut has transmission belts, dual reference stop to cut laminated glass, optimisation program.


Cut Star 3

Automatic tilting cutting table for straight and shaped cutting for monolithic glass. Cutting dimensions 3300 x 2600 mm. Cut Star ensures reliability and accurate cutting thanks to its high technology and high quality of builds. Tempered racks and straight line guides, allow bridge movement up to 140 mt/m, with cutting accuracy of +- 0,2 mm. Using state of the arts electronics and pneumatics and multiple cutting pressure, Cut Star gives “open cuts” even on shaped glassed with thickness from 2 up to 19 mm. Available in 3-4-6 mt version.


Master Shape 6

Automatic tilting cutting table for straight and shaped cutting of monolithic glass. Cutting dimensions 6000 x 3210 mm. The machine is easy to use and high quality of build ensures reliability and accuracy of the cut. Master Shape is equipped with double zero to cut laminated glass, optimisation programme, table digitiser to import every kind of shapes and suction cups mounted on the bridge able to move the glass sheet to a breakout table.

Strato Line 3/2.5 Easy

New model of laminated glass cutting manufactured with a new light structure. The machine guarantees the complete automatic cutting cycle without any movement of the sheet. Strato Line 3/2.5 measuring stops is min 300 max 2500/3100. It is available with max running bridge 3300 or 4500 mm.


Strato line 3/3.1 Super

Laminated glass cutting machine with measuring stop up to 3100 mm is able to cut glass thickness form 3+3 up to 8+8 mm with PVB thickness from 0,38 up to 4,56 mm with “knife system”. Thank to the lower bridge Strato Line guarantees the correct positioning of the sheets to the cut. Incision, breakout and PVB separation is completely in automatic mode. Strato Line is equipped laser for oblique cuts, tilting device to unload the glass sheets automatic pressures, and with knife and high speed lamp to be faster on cutting operation.


Twin Cut Master Shape

New model of automatic cutting machine able to cut both laminated glass than monolithic glass in one single solution. This machine has been build to satisfy the specific request of the customers that want also to save space.. Twin Cut can be equipped with optimisation programme installed on the Industrial PC.
