M3 Glass Technologies is pleased to announce the addition of two well-known industry personalities to its team. Roger Erwin recently joined M3 Glass Technologies as Outside Sales Representative.

Roger began in the glass industry 25 years ago. He was VP of sales for two Texas Regional tempering and insulating plants, and he has served on the board of directors for the Houston Area Glass Dealers Association. Roger has been a sales representative for Gardner Glass Products, Complete Line Glass Wholesalers, Pilkington, and AFG.

Elaine Tschirgi was rehired effective January 1, 2009.

She returned as Decorative Glass Sales Representative after spending the last seven years with Sevasa USA and then North American Glass in Dallas, TX. She will coordinate the sales of acid etch, DecoTherm, Starphire, anti-reflective glass, pattern glass and other decorative glass products. She will have the added flexibility to combine these products with value-added processes like laminating, tempering, and bending.

“We are so pleased to welcome Elaine back. And Roger is someone we have sought after for many years,” said Chris Mammen, President. “Roger brings extensive industry experience from the float side, as well many years in distribution and fabrication. Elaine brings valuable knowledge of acid-etch and other decorative glass products. They both are well-respected and well-known in our industry. These are people of integrity who expect excellence of themselves; they’ll fit right in.&rdquo
