Emhart Glass has confirmed it will present two papers during the conference sessions at Glassman Middle East 2009, the leading event for the primary glass industry.



Leo Diehm, Product Director of IS machines at Emhart Glass, will present a paper on forming technologies, while Jeff Hartung of Emhart Glass will present innovations in cold end inspection systems.

Glassman Middle East 2009 will be held in Dubai on 8th – 9th November 2009 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The event includes a full scale exhibition of suppliers to the primary glass industry, as well as two dedicated conference sessions.

Exhibitors will span the glassmaking process from the batch plant to cold end handling and packing, while the conference will focus on furnace design (day one) and technological innovations in glass manufacture (day two).

Visitors are expected from across the Middle East, including glassmakers in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Iran, as well as from countries such as India and continents including Europe and the Americas.
