The leadership team of Industrial QC, led by Group CEO Tim Bushaw, is pleased to announce the appointment of John Spitzer as Chief Financial Officer.

In this role, John serves as CFO across all four companies of the Industrial QC family — LiteSentry, Softsolution, Strainoptics, and Avalon Vision — and is based in Burnsville, Minnesota.

This appointment reflects Industrial QC's commitment to building a unified group leadership structure. As the group expands across glass inspection, optical stress measurement, and mold protection, having a dedicated CFO at the group level ensures consistent financial oversight, cross-company alignment, and a clear path for long-term strategic growth across allfour operating companies.

John Spitzer brings more than 16 years of financial leadership experience across multi-site manufacturing and retail organizations, with deep expertise in financial transformation, operational integration, and process optimization. Throughout his career, he has successfully led complex private equity integrations, strengthened financial controls, and guided organizations through periods of rapid change and expansion.

His background in driving efficiency, standardizing financial operations, and implementing scalable business processes will support Industrial QC's continued growth and operational advancement. John is recognized for his collaborative leadership approach and his ability to align financial strategy with organizational performance.

With this appointment, Industrial QC continues to strengthen its group leadership team to support future growth initiatives and deliver long-term value to customers, partners, and stakeholders.
