Highlights With Energy-saving And Environmental Protection; All In Glass 2009 Will Be Held In Guangzhou, China This Nov.

Date: 7 July 2009

Co-organized by China Foreign Trade Centre and Messe Düsseldorf China Ltd., and hosted by China Foreign Trade Guangzhou Exhibition Corporation and Messe Düsseldorf China Ltd, All in Glass 2009 will be held from November 25th to 27th, 2009, at Hall 13.2 of the Zone B of China Import and Export Fair Complex, Guangzhou, PR China.

It is expected to attract 95 exhibitors from the world, with an exhibition area of 8,000 sqm.

In early 2009, Chinese government announced the economic recovery programs of the ten pillar industries. The ten key industries of national economy including automobile industry, petrochemical industry, electronic information industry, and etc. Their output accounts for one-third of China’s GDP. For close connection and wide application of glass industrial chain, glass of middle to high end such as automobile glass, insulation glass and energy saving glass will benefit a lot.

Great achievement of exhibitor recruitment has been achieved. Some old exhibitors have extended their support to this exhibition, such as Champion Glass Machinery Co., Ltd in Foshan. It has confirmed its participation in the exhibition. Champion Glass Machinery Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of glass straight line edging machine, straight line beveling machine, glass straight line double edging machine and automatic numerical controlled glass cutting machine. They have a lot of large machines for example planning machines, double-column milling machines, high precision grinding machines etc. Champion is the exclusive factory in the field of glass grinding in China who has large, middle and compact size of CNC machining center.

China International High and New Glass Technologies Forum will be one of the highlights of this trade fair. China is the major glass producer with about 200 production lines and the annual output occupying 50% of the world total output. However, glass production needs huge consumption of resources and energy. During production, glass melter can consume large amount energy and generate residual heat which can bring negative influence to environment. Although, the overall emission of glass industry is lower than production of other major building materials, the energy saving and emission reduction of glass industry can be greatly promoted if the current situation of huge power consumption of glass production can be fundamentally improved. It is commonly believed by professional personnel that the key to solve the problem is how to make use of the residual heat generated by glass melter and establish the circulatory production mode. Members of China Energy Conservation Association for glass melter will be invited to the forum to discuss on power generation technology by using residual heat of glass meter for the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.

Debuting in 2007, All in Glass is co-organized by China Foreign Trade Centre and Messe Düsseldorf China Ltd., and hosted by China Foreign Trade Guangzhou Exhibition Corporation and Messe Düsseldorf China Ltd. Its international supporter Messe Düsseldorf GmbH is the organizer of the world’s biggest and most-influential glass event – glasstec, which ensures the event as an international exchange platform by leveraging its powerful global sales network. Meanwhile, the exhibition is fully supported by local associations including Guangdong Glass Association, Guangdong Provincial Ceramic Society, Guangdong Supervision and Testing Centre for Glass Product Quality, Guangzhou Architecture & Decoration Association, and Shenzhen Solar Energy Society.
