ROCKWALL, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Grey Mountain Partners ("Grey Mountain") has acquired Columbia Commercial Building Products (“Columbia”).

Headquartered in Rockwall, Texas, Columbia is a leading manufacturer of high-performance extruded aluminum windows and store fronts for new and replacement construction. Columbia is one of the few aluminum fabricators that pours and de-bridges its own polyurethane structural thermal barriers.
