Mark Liston has been named President of Glass Doctor, following the recent resignation of Mark Dawson.

I’m so excited to be a president of one of The Dwyer Group companies,” Liston said. “I’m fortunate to follow in Mark Dawson’s footsteps, work with great franchisees and have a support team second to none.”

Liston has been in the role of Vice President at Glass Doctor for the past two years. With more than 30 years of franchising management experience, Liston also worked for Clockwork Home Services as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and at Valpak, as director of new franchise development. Liston serves as chairman on the Board of Governors for the International Franchise Association’s (IFA) Institute of Certified Franchise Executives program. He is also a member of Board of Trustees for IFA’s Educational Foundation.

Dawson, who is leaving to pursue other ventures, has been a part of the Glass Doctor team for more than 20 years, and president for the last six and a half of those years.

“I couldn’t think of another person that is better suited to lead this great company,” Dawson, who is leaving to pursue other ventures, said. “I know he will be received with open arms and will continue to lead Glass Doctor down the path of success.”
