SEFPRO is proud to launch a new quality of cruciform for regenerators of glass melters called ER 55XX RX.

Compared to traditionnal AZS cruciforms, this high purity material offers a major improvement in term of resistance to severe alcalines corrosion. Particularly, this product is the only one on the market which can secure a long and safe lifetime in case of sodium hydroxide - caustic soda - condensation in the chambers. This property makes the ER 55XX RX a strong and unique solution fully suitable with both oxidizing and reducing atmosphere.

Made with more than 99% of pure spinel (MgAl2O4), the melting and the molding of this fused cast composition is a true technical performance successfully realised in Le Pontet plant.
