Entegris, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENTG) today reported its financial results for its fiscal first quarter ended March 31, 2007.

Highlights for the quarter included: - Sales of $161.1 million - Non-GAAP operating margin of 11.4% - Diluted EPS of $0.08 - Diluted Non-GAAP EPS of $0.11 - Cash balance of $305 million, a quarter-to-quarter increase of $30 million Entegris, Inc.
