Darijo Babic, former Director of Architectural Sales at Guardian Glass, has announced the launch of his new company, Performance Façade Solutions.

After an eight-year tenure with Guardian Glass, Babic is stepping into the world of entrepreneurship with a vision to create an independent agency specializing in glass, glazing, and façade projects, with a particular focus on the Southeast region.

In a heartfelt post on LinkedIn, Babic expressed his gratitude for his time at Guardian Glass, acknowledging the rewarding journey and the support of his colleagues. "After eight incredible years at Guardian, the time has come for me to close this chapter of my career. It is a bittersweet moment, and leaving has not been easy. However, I’ve decided to pursue my long-time dream of business ownership," he shared.

“I have truly enjoyed my time at Guardian, and I leave behind an incredible team. I want to sincerely thank all my colleagues and the management for their unwavering support, collaboration, and trust,” Babic added. “I am thrilled to announce that I am starting Performance Façade Solutions, an independent agency specializing in glass, glazing, and façade products. I am excited about the journey ahead and can’t wait to share what’s coming next.”

Performance Façade Solutions will be focused on bringing fresh perspectives and high-performance solutions to the glass and façade market, and Babic is eager to embark on this new chapter of his career.
