A GLASS-making group has proved a clear winner for training.Elland-based C3S Group has received a certificate and plaque after gaining the Investor in People standard.

The presentation was made to C3S Group human resources manager Bernie Flynn by Peter Hanson, head of advisory services at Business Link for West Yorkshire.The award recognises the group's commitment to staff training and development.Chairman and managing director Graham Midgley said: "This award has been attained by the hard work of all the staff."C3S, of Elland Bridge, makes security glass for places like banks, safety glass for hospitals, leisure centres, museums and art galleries and fire resistant glass for stairwells and fire escape doorsA GLASS-making group has proved a clear winner for training.
