Chamizal Memorial bans glass containers

Glass containers will not be allowed in the Chamizal National Memorial, the park superintendent announced Monday. The ban is intended to prevent injuries from broken glass at the grassy memorial at the U.S.-Mexico border in South-Central El Paso.

Public comments may be mailed to Chamizal National Memorial, 800 S. San Marcial, El Paso, TX 79905.
