Casso-Solar Technologies at glasstec 2014

Date: 16 October 2014

Casso-Solar Technologies will introduce several updated and lower cost glass processing machines in its booth at glasstec 2014.

Casso-Solar’s dryers for decorative glass process digital print, screen print, roll coat and spray coated products including ceramic, silicones, epoxy, urethane and more.

The dryers utilize medium wavelength quartz heaters for maximum efficiency and reduced dryer length. Casso-Solar also offers optional cooling systems. The company redesigned its non-autoclave batch laminating system resulting in up to a 25 percent reduction in cost, while utilizing an infrared/convection oven design to shorten process times, it reports. Roller press laminating lines have redesigned ovens, with convection and infrared designs available. Glass bending/annealing systems from Casso-Solar have bi-direction zones for precise control of glass bend curvature and cross curvature, and are repeatable to process multiple products at the same time.
