Belgian Glaverbel has offered Novosibirsk authorities to establish a glass processing center in the city. The offer was made by Glaverbel's Borsk Glass Works (Nizhni Novgorod).

The project value exceeds $1 mln, the city's budget will get from $100,000 to $120,000 as tax payment. The construction is expected to be launched in the spring of 2004, operation start-up is scheduled for the fall of 2004.
