At ICCG, Bekaert demonstrates the latest developments in rotatable sputtering at booth 16 and actively participates in conference program Bekaert announces its participation in the 7th International Conference on Coatings on Glass and Plastics (ICCG) to be held in Eindhoven-Veldhoven (NL) from June 15 through 19, 2008.

The conference brings together scientists, technologists, practitioners, as well as managers from universities, institutes, coating manufacturers, materials and equipment suppliers, and also user industries to discuss the latest developments in the field of large area glass and plastic coatings.

“As such, ICCG provides us with an excellent communication platform to touch base with some of our customers and with other renowned players in this highly important field of application”, says Rémy Rochard, General Manager Sputter Products at Bekaert, and he expects that “the interaction with our customers and peers during the ICCG event will contribute to our commitment to further explore and meet customer expectations.”

Next to attending the high level conference sessions and panel discussions, Bekaert will also – and for the first time – participate with a booth in the exhibition, taking place at the same time of the conference. At booth number 16, Bekaert will organize one-to-one management meetings for visiting customers. The company will give extensive information on its solutions in rotatable sputter products for the architectural and automotive glass industry, as well as its latest technological developments on sputter targets and hardware for photovoltaic and flat panel display applications, enabling coaters to bring coater efficiency to a newer level.
