ABRA's Rick Assumes Regional Sales and Education Position

ABRA Auto Body & Glass, a national damaged vehicle repair company located in Minneapolis, announced today the appointment of Robert Rick as Regional Vice President of Sales and Continuing Education.

Rick will be based in Milwaukee, and within this position will direct and develop a sales team to build business relationships with ABRA's customers, insurance partners and dealerships, as well as develop and teach Continuing Education for internal and external partners.

Rick joined ABRA in 1996 as Vice President of Human Resources, and was named Vice President of Training in 1998. He has been an NADA speaker for the past nine years, and will continue his affiliation in 2005. The national insurance community has also recognized Rick as an "Outstanding Licensed CE Instructor."

"I am looking forward to helping ABRA strengthen our relationships with our insurance and dealership partners," stated Rick. "In this new role I will be able to provide extensive training and training follow up. ABRA is committed to being the #1 collision repair provider, and feel that by supporting our partners' internal training initiatives we are providing a value add that is unparalleled in our industry."

Before joining ABRA, Rick was an automotive trainer and consultant for all major auto manufacturers, specializing in sales, leasing and fixed operations. Rick earned a two-year automotive degree and a four-year business management degree from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan. He, his wife and two sons have relocated to Cedarburg, Wisconsin.
