On January 18th-19th, 2017, AluK China held an annual event with the theme “Let’s build a wonderful future together!".

On January 18th, Mr. Damian Huang, general manager of AluK China, gave the entire staff a speech to thank them for their efforts during the past year. He also used this opportunity to share AluK headquarters’ expectations of the Chinese business unit in terms of sales turnover, production operations, product development and talent recruitment.

Following his speech, each department representative shared their best practices in sales, as well as windows and door technical knowledge, production and operation management…

In the evening, all team members were invited to gather together for a dinner party and team building activities to celebrate the New Year.

On January 19th, the management team visited the plant for a team competition. The competition consisted of a window assembly game and the winning team was rewarded with 500 RMB in cash.

This two-day event was very much appreciated by the entire team, ready now for another great year!
