The Facade Tectonics Institute (FTI) is pleased to announce we will return to New York City for a half-day Forum at The Princeton Club on Tuesday, November 5, 2019, hosted by the Ornamental Metal Institute of New York. This year’s NYC Forum will explore the following topics in three expert-led panel discussions:
-A proactive response to the NYC mayor’s rebuff of “steel and glass” buildings in the race to cut carbon emissions by 2030.
How a dramatic change in design decision-making can increase not only financial capital, but environmental and human capital as well.
- The human and environmental benefits of facades that offer shading without the loss of biophilic views, integration of HVAC, and renewable energies.
